Sam Brownback Spammers take on Ron Paul at the Drudge Report Iowa Post-Debate Poll
Ron Paul is currently winning both the Drudge Report Iowa post-debate poll and the ABC News polls. However, a simple projection shows that Sam Brownback spammers will lead the race at the Drudge Report site, if Drudge Report doesn’t reset the poll soon.
In other news, ABC News reset their own poll while Ron Paul was dominating. However, after the reset, Ron Paul still dominates that poll.
It’s disappointing that the lamestream media’s* efforts to hold back Ron Paul have been fruitless on the internet. Here is a hint for you oldstream mediums: instead of resetting your polls, close the poll at an opportune moment, for example, when it is clear that Ron Paul’s rate of change will increase relative to that of other candidates; or keep it open if Sam Brownback is catching up.

UPDATE I: Sam Brownback about to pass Ron Paul

UPDATE II: Ron Paul continues to lead, but poll mysteriously disappears from drudgereport.com circa 4pm Pacific Time
UPDATE III (AUG 6): It appears we are wrong about ABC. They have two debate polls – one was run before and during the debate. The other was run afterward. Our sincere apologies to ABC News. See the first comment below.
UPDATE IV (AUG 7): According to Drudge Archives, Ron Paul won the debate.
*Also known as oldstream, or old media.

They didn’t reset the poll at ABC. There were two polls. One for before the debate and one for after.

It wouldn’t be surprising if drudgereport.com were doing this to their own poll. They are a neoconservative site and have pulled polls Paul had won in the past. By putting Brownback –whom nearly no-one supports– in the lead, they can discredit their poll without pulling it.
BTW; I voted for Paul (once).

Little Green Footballs had a thread posted where it openly encouraged spamming on behalf of Brownback, complete with instructions on how to delete cookies to make that possible. I bet somebody emailed Drudge.

Why is the main stream media is blocking or boycotting Ron Paul. I am a life long Republican. I am also an Iraqi War veteran and disabled veteran. Is this America or a conspiracy state. He is the only candidate. The rest are all the same. I can’t tell the difference between Democrats and Republicans any more. I beg you please help Ron Paul save our great Republic. To me my friends and family he is our only and best hope. For our children for our future, we must have a tomorrow . The country cannot go on as is. I beseech you to more robustly cover this great American. Restorer of the Republic and possibly the last defender of the Constitution.
Sincerely,
RFD

Increases will stem from greater production from mines; decreases from being used up in wear and tear, in industry, etc. ,
