Republicans are unable to explain simply ANYTHING, let alone that SS and Medicare funds do not exist, but are merely markers that need to be repaid thru borrowing (or printing). The biggest issue though has been inflation thru debasing; combine that with technology and population, there you have a perfect storm. Remember though that SS and Medicare is not the end game, and the best way to get there is said by... n nKeynes: "The best way to destroy the capitalist system is to debauch the currency". Any further coverage would push the numbers further and crush Huckabee's fragile lead, "compromising" the GOP to an anti-war candidate. FOX does not want an anti-war candidate. I don't understand CNN's motivation, other than preference for pro-state candidates, pro-humanitarian-intervention candidates. With no current access to MSNBC, I can't comment on them.
